Does anyone know what this plant is? It came up in a pot a couple of years ago, and now there are a few more of them idly sprouting around the garden. It doesn't really have any sort of flowers, they are very insignificant but turn into seed clumps that look like they should be some
sort of useful spice. But I am not game enough to taste them in case they turn out to be scary ones (wise girl I am at times).
It has heart shaped leaves that are rimmed with red as it gets older. It is only a couple of feet tall, mature leaves are about 3" long.

It looks rather similar to Morning Glory whose seeds do look like spices, but the plant isn't tall enough though.
I've no idea what that plant is, Jas, but I sure love your rings!
