The Blanket in the last post...

I have also been knitting the Sock Yarn Blanket that is in the background of the socks photo below. More about the blankie can be found HERE: I hope that works - I am a bit post-op tired and emotional! BUT, I am quite flat-bellied after the large cyst on my liver was removed yest a.m. via three neat little keyholes (rather than the larger and far less comfortable open cut mining they suspected they may have to use!) Ooroo - I am up for another snooze... Try this for the link to original post about the Sock Yarn Blanket. And if this doesn't work have search for "blanket" in the little window at top LH corner: http://banaghaisge.blogspot.com/2011/07/knitting.html Another snooze...zzzzzzz

At last. Take time to recover and take it gently. Lift nothing heavier than your sewing needles or knitting needles and may you soon be up and about and fighting fit. Yeah!

The link didn't work but no worries; what is most important is rest and recovery. Glad to hear that all that surgery stuff is behind you.

I was thinking of you all day yesterday and wondering how the surgery went. So glad to hear that you are flat bellied again and without nasty incisions. Take care of yourself

Hey Jas - keyholes so much better than the ole carving through the layers trick....and good riddance to that cyst, eh? So pleased to hear it went well, now hope you get fighting fit again soon.

Finally, the cyst is out! Hope the recovery is rapid and you are feeling like your old energetic self within weeks. Yay!

Love the socks and blanket too.
