I'm not sure if I should laugh or gag. Yuck. I did WW back in this time period but our recipes were nothing like this. I still use a couple of them but they are all about veggies and flavour. I wasn't a vegetarian back in 1974 but would not have eaten any of these - I liked the comment under one of them that it should be called 'shit on a shingle' That was usually my reply when the kids asked what's for supper. I should send them this photo. They'd get a laugh.
